Currently, the steel industry is in a strict situation where the social responsibility to make carbon emissions zero is paramount, with major Western countries demanding eco-friendly products to achieve carbon neutrality and to fight climate change. In addition, due to oversupply of steel products and a decrease in demand, the era of supply increase and decrease according to market conditions has passed and coexistence with customers is essential.
